This, apparently, is one of the secrets to the phenomenal success of high-end developer Anchor Land Holdings, Inc., which continues to defy the current financial downturn with its fast-selling luxury condominium projects that are being snapped up like the proverbial hotcakes by its loyal, flush-with-cash clients. After its successful formal launch of its Solemare Parksuites, an 18-storey twin tower development in the heart of the Aseana Business Park, Anchor Land Holdings unveiled its very elegant and cozy showroom right across the project site along Bradco Avenue just off Macapagal Boulevard in Paranaque City. The showroom, featuring eight-fully furnished and highly stylish model units, is literally a gem that sparkles and beckons clients from all over the country and even from overseas. As such, the showroom has become the center of gravity for the company and its army of sales people who brim with confidence and bravura in bringing customers to the place.
And rightly so, because ALHI’s top sales executive, assistant vice president for sales and marketing Elizabeth Ventura, has left no stone unturned in the company’s quest to provide its A-list clientele with nothing but the best, in terms of customer service and attention. A perfect example is the company’s post-Valentine event one weekend last February, when it turned the showroom into a virtual spa, complete with masseuses and beauty experts who are all ready to pamper all of Solemare’s valued clients who came to visit. Dubbed as a Couple’s Day Out, the weekend event provided free spa treatments to guests, served them delectable dishes and refreshing drinks, and generally made everyone feel like kings and queens, if only for a day.
“It’s like giving our customers a taste of the luxury that only Solemare offers,” muses Ms Ventura. “They don’t need to wait until the project is completed to feel how much we value them.” Others might say the event is just like a typical day in the spa, something that can be had anytime, anywhere. But it’s the little gestures that touch the heart, and it is the warm, personal, meticulous Anchor Land touch. Who cares? Anchor Land does.
