ANCHOR LAND CONTINUES TRADITION OF EXCELLENCE WITH SOLE MARE PARKSUITES
Luxury condominium developer Anchor Land Holdings, Inc. continues its tradition of excellence with its fourth and latest project, the Sole Mare Parksuites at the ASEANA Business Park, with brisk sales defying projections of an industry downturn due to the current global financial malaise. Mirroring the company’s earlier developments in the Binondo and Ermita districts in Manila where individual buyers snapping up multiple units contributed to record sales, the Sole Mare Parksuites has already sold nearly 250 out of the 457 residential units – less than a month after the unveiling of its showroom. “We are a bit overwhelmed, but not necessarily surprised, by the market response,” according to Ms. Beth Ventura, Anchor Land assistant vice president for sales and marketing. “This is a trend established by our earlier projects, and it confirms that the Anchor Land formula works.” She cited the case of one of Sole Mare’s newest buyers, Ms Maan Soriano Escalante, who learned about the project from a flyer brought home by her son last month.
Ms Escalante said she simply dialed the number on the flyer and was surprised when the agent offered to pick her up from her home for a tour of the showroom across the project site along Bradco Avenue off Macapagal Boulevard in Paranaque, a stone’s throw from the SM Mall of Asia. “I was really impressed,” said Ms Escalante, who runs a travel agency and transport business. “They have very tempting features, and an excellent marketing strategy. And the model units, they were just so… appetizing.” A veteran condominium dweller, it took a couple of days for Ms. Escalante to decide, and she made known her approval big-time: She bought three adjacent units, and plans buying a fourth one. She said SoleMare’s project features match her preferences, especially the concept of providing unit owners their individual security access cards that would ensure privacy and security for the condominium residents at all times.
“And of course, the location is very, very nice. The units are also very breathable, and although the project is a medium-rise, the features are all high-end, including the fixtures and fittings. You have a clear winner here,” Ms Escalante said. Anchor Land’s Ms Ventura said the Sole Mare Parksuites are twin 18-storey towers that cater to those who want a piece of the action at the center of an emerging entertainment, shopping and cultural hub where future developments include the Pagcor Entertainment City and the Bagong Nayong Pilipino, among others. Aside from its impeccable location, Sole Mare boasts of architecturally-friendly layouts that allow buyers to readily combine units without losing the desired space and design latitude. The units also come fully furnished and elegantly fitted, which many customers find irresistible, Ms. Ventura said. Sole Mare is the fourth project of Anchor Land after its pace-setting Lee Towers (33 storey) and Mandarin Square (39 storey) in Binondo, and the 33-storey Mayfair Tower along UN Avenue in Manila.
