Publicly listed Anchor Land Holdings, Inc. has successfully launched the showroom for its SoleMare Parksuites, an 18-storey twin tower development at the Aseana Business Park along Macapagal Boulevard in what is fast emerging as the country’s cultural and entertainment capital. The showroom, located at Lot 5A Bradco Avenue corner Macapagal Blvd., features six model units that are available at SoleMare Parksuites. Most importantly, the showroom gives the public a vivid picture of how easy it is to configure the units at Sole Mare to suit individual tastes and lifestyle preferences. “We really went out of our way to provide our customers a very practical yet elegant architectural design. Whether you are getting a studio unit or a four-bedroom suite, we made sure that the smallest details have been carefully studied to maximize space without sacrificing aesthetic values,” according to Ms Beth Sison, Anchor Land’s head of sales & marketing.

Ms Sison said the showroom presents several configurations of the studio unit, starting from Sole Mare’s standard turnover unit which, by itself, is already a very cozy, functional and nice place to go home to after a hard day's work. The showroom also displays the twin sharing model unit, designed like a hotel room but with complete living amenities. It is ideal and very comfortable for two friends who couldn't seem to live without each other, Ms Sison said. Third unit at the showroom is what Anchor Land executives fondly call the Bachelor's Pad, which has a functional balcony that is perfect for just cooling one’s heels while enjoying the famous Manila bay sunset or the city lights. For the green thumb, or those who simply love plants, SoleMare has the garden unit which, as the name suggests, provides space for one’s horticulture hobbies. “Definitely a perfect place to relax,” Ms Sison said.

For those who want more space, Ms Sison recommends the combined two standard units. “You'd be surprised how easily this can be done at Sole Mare to achieve the perfect two-bedroom unit configuration,” she said. Then there is the corner unit which, aside from having a really large balcony, boasts of four bedrooms. It's the ultimate SoleMare package, although the number of such units is very limited, Ms Sison said. The Sol Mare Parksuites is Anchor Land’s fifth project. The company has established a solid reputation for on time delivery of committed developments, and has recently been listed by the prestigious Forbes Asia Magazine in its annual 200 Best Under a Billion, a selection of the best companies in the Asia Pacific region with under $1 billion in sales. SoleMare is located near the Mall of Asia and is within the vicinity of Pagcor’s new gaming and entertainment complex that will soon rise in the reclamation area. Such strategic location makes Sole Mare an ideal place for those who prefer a quiet and serene landscape, with a perfect view of the famed Manila Bay sunset, while remaining in close proximity to Metro Manila’s premier shopping and lifestyle destinations.
